Camp Minikani offers a variety of day camp options for children ages 2.5 to 13! Our day camp program is a great way for your child to try camp and includes a selection of similar activities to those offered in our overnight camp programs.

MINIKANI DAY CAMP - Ages 7-12 (Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) Deposit $50 per session
If you think your child is not quite ready for overnight camping this summer, Minikani Day Camp is the perfect stepping stone. In the mornings, campers choose their favorite individual activities. Afternoons are spent in fun, challenging group activities. Exciting outdoor adventures, new skills, and many friendships await your child at Day Camp! During the morning hours campers choose their individual skill activities, while afternoons are spent in group activities. The highlight of the week will be an overnight experience as campers have the opportunity to spend the night in tents at Camp Minikani. Exciting outdoor adventures, skill development, and new friendships await your child at day camp! Day camp is held 8:00am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.

MINICAMP- Ages 4-6 (Mon/Wed or Tue/Thur, 12:00 - 4:00 p.m.)
Minicamp gives children a great overview of all the fun things Camp Minikani has to offer. Daily activities include arts & crafts, hiking, swimming, group games, environmental education, and much more. Parents provide transportation, a bag lunch and swim attire; we provide the snack, tons of fun and low camper to counselor ratios. Sign up for all four sessions and give your child a rewarding and memorable summer.

SUMMER ADVENTURE Ages 2.5-4 (Tues, Wed or Thurs, 9:15-11:15 a.m.)
Summer Adventure offers our youngest campers the opportunity to create, explore, and learn while joining in on all the summer fun at camp. Theme-based activities presented each week include songs, stories, crafts, games and outdoor exploration. Themes are centered on the natural world and include math, science, literacy, and social concepts. A fun newsletter with at-home extensions helps keep the learning going.

FUNKY ART FRIDAYS Ages 5-8 (Fridays, 9:00 - 11:00 a.m.)
Join us Friday mornings to explore an extended arts & crafts experience. Incorporating nature into art, we'll look at ways to reuse materials, get inspired from our outdoor setting, and let our creative juices flow. We'll explore outdoors (weather permitting) and then continue by experimenting with different media and techniques. Fee includes snack and supplies. come ready to create and have fun.
